When choosing snacks you may want to compare Nutrition Facts labels to determine if you are getting the most nutritious snack possible.
In this activity, you will be asked to compare the Nutrition Facts labels of several snacks and determine the smarter options. While making snack and food choices, keep in mind that five percent or less of the % DV is considered low, whereas 20% or more is considered high. Refer to the Reading Nutrition Facts Labels exercise if you need to refresh your memory or learn more about the information contained in the labels.
