If you are a chef interested in answering the First Lady's call to serve your communities by partnering with a school, then please fill out the information below. The program is open to any chef interested in creating healthy meals and volunteering with a school. Chefs that sign up will be placed on the Chefs Move to Schools program map and state list so that interested chefs and schools can find each other in the weeks and months ahead to begin a dialogue on how to work together. Within a week after registering, chefs will receive an email on how to connect with a school in their community.

Information will remain on the Chefs Move to Schools website and database for the duration of the program. To request to have your information removed, please contact chefs@ars.usda.gov.
