Abstract:    The School Nutrition Director Certification Program (SNDCP) is designed for individuals interested in becoming a Certified School Nutrition Director. The program requires 21 hours of graduate courses in human nutrition, nutrition education, school fiscal and human resource management, and educational leadership. Other requirements include ServSafe Certification, a passing score on Georgia Assessment for Certification of Educators (GACE) or other basic skills tests approved by the Professional Standards Commission, and completion of a master’s degree.
